David has extensive background in Investment Banking and Private Placements. As a former Securities Broker and partner in Leardon Daly Brown and Associates, David has successfully negotiated many mergers and capital funding during his years on Wall Street. David also has background in Property and Casualty Insurance and has developed insurance products for the Construction Industry, Real Estate and Hotel Development.
Keith’s years of expertise in the banking industry have prepared him for his current position as Regional Center Principal at Empire State EB-5, with responsibilities including underwriting and financial analysis. Initially focusing on commercial real estate, Keith has worked both as a consultant and creator of loan origination departments for financial programs in seven states, encompassing the development of commercial mortgage and construction loans, credit review packages, on-site construction inspections, and interim management services for the federal government and various state banking institutions. As an advisor to real estate developers and lenders, he has helped finance and sell commercial real estate valued in excess of $1,000,000,000.00
Forming Keith A. Schubmehl Real Estate Corp in 1986, Keith joined with several noteworthy companies and served in various capacities: Adjunct Consultant to the Resolution Trust Corporation in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; VP Commercial Lending for First Federal Savings and Loan Association, Rochester, New York; VP, Commercial Real Estate for Charter One Bank in Rochester, New York; and Partners Trust Bank, Syracuse, New York (Formerly) BSB Bank & Trust in Binghamton, New York. As a Relationship Manager, Mr. Schubmehl is a highly-respected and sought-after partner in the development of new loan portfolios composed of high quality, profitable assets in both major and secondary markets, streamlining processes and protocols, and lowering the Risk Rating of commercial real estate portfolios.Keith has a BS in Economics from Syracuse University and is a Licensed New York Real Estate Broker.
Alfonso is responsible for the communication and coordination of all aspects related to the EB-5 Visa process for our investors coming from Latin America. Alfonso lives in the Greater Rochester New York area with his wife. He is a native of Mexico City, MX and has been in the United States for ten years. He has spent most of his life working in many levels of Government while in Mexico. For nine years Alfonso worked for Public Health Services of the Federal District (S.S.P.D.F.), Mexico City, DF, Mexico. He also spent five years as Advisor to Financial Undersecretary Health Secretariat (S.S.A.), Mexico. Alfonso earned his B.Sc. Economics from National Autonomous University of Mexico (E.N.E. U.N.A.M.)
